Our civil engineering consultants are extremely diversified and experienced. We investigate underground infrastructure of all types. Stormwater drainage, flooding claims, erosion damage, detention systems, stormwarter flooding, sewer backups, water hammer, flooded basements, malfunctioning septic systems, well water contamination, water pumping rates, sinkhole investigations, water main breaks, water system operation, fuel oil tanks spills, gasoline spills, assessment of potential long term damage to buried PVC pipe from gasoline in groundwater, fuel oil spills resulting from pipe corrosion, expansive soil damage to sewer lateral pipe, wastewater pump stations, review of plans as to conformance to codes, and many other types of underground issues. Water runoff due to changes in topography is a typical type case we see. Some of our clients insure townships and boroughs and when new construction projects get underway, it’s a good bet the water runoff will change. Sometimes the runoff will cause concern of the residents and an independent study will need to be accomplished. We have taken part in numerous claims of this nature.
